Due to the nature of our products, all body butter sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on body butter.
Our body butter is made with natural ingredients that may soften at warmer temperatures. While we take care in packaging, products may arrive softened or melted during transit. This is normal and does not affect the quality, performance, or scent of the product. If needed, place the product in the refrigerator until it returns to a solid state.
If your body butter arrives damaged, defective, or you experience an issue unrelated to melting, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photo proof. Once verified, we will provide a one-time discount code toward a future purchase.
For all other items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
